Integrative Bodywork
For the body that has been carrying more than it can name. There are things we hold in the body that words can never quite reach — a tightness that returns, a heaviness in the chest, a restlessness with no clear cause. Integrative bodywork meets those places directly.
This is hands-on somatic work, guided by what the body itself reveals in the session. It draws from multiple bodywork traditions, always applied with a trauma-informed awareness.
Those experiencing physical tension held alongside emotional stress. People who process better through the body than through conversation.
A softening in areas of chronic tension. Deeper breath. A sense of the body settling.
"You don't need to know what's held in your body. You only need to arrive."
Trauma Release Therapy
Not re-living. Releasing.Trauma does not live only in memory. It lives in the body — in the way we brace, in the way we hold our breath, in the patterns that activate before we've had time to think. This work goes there, carefully.
Those with a history of trauma who have found that talk-based approaches have reached their limit.
Sensations of warmth, trembling, or discharge as the nervous system releases what it has been holding.
"The body has been protecting you. This work honors that — and gently invites it to rest."
