A Holistic Approach
Integrative Bodywork (60 min)
A grounding, body-based session supporting nervous system regulation and embodied awareness through gentle, attuned touch.
Trauma Release Therapy (90 min)
Deep tissue and acupressure-informed bodywork supporting the release of physical tension and long-held stress patterns.
The Inner Reset (3 hours)
An extended integrative session combining somatic practices, guided awareness, and supportive nervous system work for deeper embodied unwinding.
Inner Awakening Journey (2 days 1 night)
A private, immersive retreat held in a structured and supportive container. This experience integrates somatic work, guided practices, rest, and expanded states of awareness over two days and one overnight stay.

An immersive group retreat centered on somatic practices, sound, and movement. A space to reconnect with the body, explore expanded states of awareness, and allow for rest and integration within a safe and supportive environment.
