An immersive, Yin-based somatic group session — a space to slow down, to drop inward, and to let the body release in the held presence of a small group.
Soft, together. The body, held by the room.The session moves through long-held, receptive postures, not as exercise, but as gateways into deeper layers of the body and nervous system. Yin-based shapes are combined with subtle introspection and guided somatic touch, supporting a gentle unwinding of physical and emotional tension.
Breath is guided. Awareness is cultivated. The body is invited to soften, release, and reorganize at its own pace. There are moments of sound, of stillness, and of being held by the space itself.
This is not performance. There is nothing to achieve here. The only invitation is to arrive, and to allow whatever is present to be exactly as it is.
The group size is intentionally small. The space is carefully prepared. The atmosphere is unhurried, grounded, and safe.
